jourfixed provides a communications service (" jourfixed 's service") to businesses and individuals. This service may include a separate telephone number for incoming calls, as well as switchboard services, such as voicemail, telephone queue services and automatic voice services. Administration of jourfixed 's service is done via the web or our apps.

jourfixed 's service cannot be used for outgoing calls.

Who does this policy apply to?

Jourfixed's privacy policy applies to all individuals who visit us, whether it is our web site or one of our apps. In addition, a separate customer agreement applies between jourfixed and a person or company (“Customer”) using jourfixed 's services.

The same terms apply to communication between us and you through other channels. The same applies to the processing of data we receive from you via social media. The use of social media, such as Facebook, is governed by agreements between you and the respective service. jourfixed does not control how these services collect data.

What data we collect

We collect data from everyone who registers as users of our services. In addition to information about the business that is a customer of the service, we also collect the names, social security numbers and address information of the individual responsible for the service and manage our services. In some cases, we also collect payment information.

jourfixed may use cookies, cookies, on our web pages. We use cookies to make navigation on our web pages easier. We may also use cookies to provide you with relevant information, for example, if you come to our website via an advertising banner.
Cookies have a maximum duration of one year if you log in to our services. Other cookies are deleted after 2 months.
You may choose not to allow the use of cookies on jourfixed .com through your browser. Note that this may make it impossible to use jourfixed 's web service.

The Customer himself owns the data recorded in the Customer's own account on jourfixed 's   service (“Customer Account”), and is responsible for processing this data. Data here may include the Customer's register of persons in their own business, as well as contact information on external contacts. The contact register may include name, telephone number, email, address and organizational affiliation. In addition, Mojule's service logs telephone calls, messages and calendar data available to the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for the privacy of the persons registered in the Customer Account.

jourfixed is a data processor for the Customer, but only changes data in the Customer account on the instructions of the Customer or as required by law. nor will jourfixed copy personal data out of the Customer Account, beyond what is necessary to provide the service and ensure proper security and backup. Backup of Customer Data is stored for a maximum of two months beyond what is required by law.

jourfixed's responsibility for personal data in the Customer's account

jourfixed uses traffic data and user registry to deliver and invoice jourfixed 's service to the Customer. We use detailed customer data to deliver individual statistics to the Customer. In addition, jourfixed uses anonymized and aggregated customer data to develop and plan the use of its own service.

Relations with other businesses

jourfixed uses subcontractors to provide our services. These providers will be able to record traffic data between those communicating on the service. We also use IT service providers to provide the service. jourfixed has its own data processing agreement with suppliers where needed.

In addition, jourfixed offers integration with services provided by other service providers, such as Google. The access to personal data in these services is regulated by the relevant service provider.

Rights

As a Customer or registered user of our services, either as a private individual or a business, you have the right to get an overview of all personal data jourfixed stores about you. Please email support@jourfixed.com if you would like such an overview. You may also ask us to delete such data, unless we are obliged to retain such data for legal or contractual or security reasons.

Inquiries about personal data in a Customer account must go to the relevant company that owns this data.
